Founder / UX Research Lead
After over a decade of building UX Research teams from scratch at major SaaS companies I Started Quality Insights as a solo research agency. I quickly realized most of the measurable value from research was focuesed on the first time user experience. I doubled down and built the company as it is today. I live in Colorado with my wife and 2 dogs where I spend most of my free time doing carpentry and hiking.
Matt Bays
UX Researcher
Matt was the very first hire at quality insights after a career working directly with clients building solutions that delight users. Now he is doing Qualitative Research for our clients helping them uncover barriers to conversion for new users. Matt live in South Dakota with his cat Kiri where he spends most of his free time in realestate and various games.
